Role Overview Develop an efficient logistics planning and reporting management system. Implement necessary means to ensure project delivery within approved schedules, complying with HSE and quality standards. Control work done by EPS Team dedicated to main contracts & purchase orders scheduling. Oversee Main Logistics Contractor (MLC) Planning & Reporting team for logistics scheduling. Manage reporting issues related to MLC contract deliveries. Identify, track, and follow-up on delivery activities, consolidating progress data from various contractors. Report to the Logistic Package Control Lead and support the Logistics team. Develop and maintain relevant follow-up/KPI dashboards. Consolidate site reports into weekly and monthly package reports. Liaise with Project’s PMT and other planning engineers for coherent data exchange. Prepare contract close-out documentation in line with Project procedures. Collaborate closely with project team members and MLC contractor counterparts. Maintain a respectful working attitude and foster good team spirit. Skills & Qualifications Asset Management: Proficient in managing logistics assets effectively. Distribution Management: Strong understanding of distribution processes. Shipping: Knowledgeable in shipping logistics and operations. Project Management Software: Perfect knowledge of Primavera is required. Data Analysis: Vast experience in MS-Office and Power BI for reporting and analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment. Education & Experience Level/Diploma: Engineer or equivalent qualification. Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in major onshore projects or pipeline projects.
