Chemours is seeking a **Logistics Operations Specialist** to join our growing TT Supply Chain team. This position will be available at the **Kallo (Antwerp) site** and report directly to the TT EMEA Supply Chain Manager. As a Logistic Operations Specialist you will hold responsibility for the overall day-to-day operations at the local bulk and warehouse facilities at our 3rd party provider in EMEA located at Kallo Belgium. **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** **Operations** Main contact for 3rd party contract manufacturers managing bulking and repacking operations at our Kallo (Belgium) facilities and bulking operation at Chesterfield (United Kingdom): Accountable for production plan execution, asset management in Chemours systems & invoicing execution. **Warehousing** Interact with 3rd party logistics providers on any issues related to the daily warehousing activity or repacking activity. **Transportation** Contact for Road/Intermodal transport tenders raised by the Chemours’ PLR team. Capability to support and handle ocean logistic coordination, focus on Kallo and UK inbound restock management. **Costing** Monitoring and costs validation for the 3rd party managed warehousing services, bulk and repacking operations. Analytical & statistical skills to maintain the EMEA Monthly Regional cost analysis. + Finish Product Distribution Expenses + Warehousing Expenses **Complaint management** Accountable to assign non-conformities related to bulk-to-pack operations or packaging to the appropriate investigation party and to align with the customer service team and/or operations team to establish an effective preventive and corrective action plan. **Continuous improvement** Identify and support improvement opportunities related to operations, packaging and logistics Digitalization of operational processes Liaison between 3rd party logistics provider and Chemours’ overseas shipping points for packaging and/or logistics improvement projects **Communication** Collaborate with Chemours internal departments (planning, customer service, regulatory, procurement and logistics, product management, technical…) on the operations day-to-day challenges and long-term opportunities Strong networking is needed with Chemours global Headquarters and production sites (US & MX) **The following is** **_required_** **for this role:** + Supply Chain knowledge + Basic Operational area management knowledge (safety, yield, uptime, etc.) + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Excellent communication skills + Accurate worker + 5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain / Logistics position + Very good knowledge of Dutch and English + In possession of a driver’s license + Skilled in Excel and data analytical skills + Agile, flexible, organizer (self-managing), strong problem solver skills, stress resistant. + Team player **The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:** + Master's degree in Engineering / Commercial Engineering preferred or similar + Operational packaging/ repacking area knowledge (safety and equipment) + Logistics management knowledge (Ocean and road transportation) + Packaging design basic knowledge + Knowledge of SAP and/or OMP is a plus + Knowledge of SFDC is a plus **Benefits:** Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages Tuition Reimbursement Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
