Key Responsibilities:

Assess Current Processes: Establish the as-is situation by mapping the full picture of material flow delivered to production and shipped back to logistic internal warehouse.Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Develop a Value Stream Map (VSM) of the material flow to visualize and analyze the current state.Risk Identification: Identify potential risks at each step of the material flow that could impact product quality.Action Proposals: Based on the identified risks, propose actionable steps to mitigate these risks.Implementation: Implement the proposed actions on the floor to reduce the risk of nonconformities.

 

Who we’re looking for:

Available for 6-months internship as March or AprilCurrently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Technical School or bachelor).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and risk assessment techniques.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
