3. Coordinate testing of spares coming after repair.
4. Identify systemic causes of card failure.

2 - 8 Years

Skills & Competencies

1.Knowledge of core and service platforms availability as per the agreed
SLA.
2. Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per guidelines.
