The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. The Client Care Specialist should be a Customer Services representative with 1–2-year experience in healthcare office environment. This role will monitor day-to-day task assigned and reports directly to Supervisor. This role will allow to work well with off shore customer service team, and as cross-collaboration amongst all departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive understanding of Lofta’s products and policies are followed and improvements in daily tasks to ensure communication is effectively to clients and their needs.
