A Food and Beverage Host is responsible for working in our  LOFT Sky Bar and will work to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets. 

What will I be doing? 

Welcome guests in a polite and friendly mannerTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer servicePrepare set ups for tables and/or roomsFollow cash handling proceduresManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerUp-sell with latest departmental incentivesEnsure compliance of brand standardsStrive to achieve departmental targetsEnsure cleanliness of work areasComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationComply with local licensing lawsBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
