LOCUM NURSE PRACTITIONER – FAMILY MEDICINE  |FRANKLIN, IN

?? Location: Franklin, IN?? Setting: Employee health/primary care ?? Schedule: M/W/F 7:30-4:30 & Tu/Th 9:30-6:30  ?? Duration: 10/1/25-10/31/25 expected (possible extension)

?? ROLE OVERVIEW:

·       Provide employee health/primarycare 

·       Patient volume:7–12 per day

·       EMRs: Athena

·       Supported byAPPs, physician, and nursing staff

? REQUIREMENTS:

·       Board CertifiedNP

·       Active IN license 

·       BLS certificate

·       Minimum 2 year ofprimary care experience
