Key Responsibilities of a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor:

Handling a varied caseload of civil litigation matters including property disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, and professional negligence Advising high-net-worth clients on complex civil litigation issues with discretion and professionalism Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements Representing clients in court and during negotiations where necessary Liaising with Counsel and third parties to progress matters efficiently Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards Supporting other fee earners in the litigation team where require

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years PQE Proven experience handling high-profile civil litigation matters Ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision Strong background in handling complex civil litigation cases independently Ability to manage caseload efficiently while working under pressure
