About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Lockbox Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position primarily focuses on accurate data entry and verification of digital check information within the Busey system. You will play a key role in ensuring financial data integrity while supporting additional operational tasks as needed. What You’ll Do + Enter and verify digital check details (deposit amount, name, date, etc.) into the system with precision. + Sort and stage bulk mail deliveries for processing. + Wholesale Group (Lower Volume, Higher Dollar Amount): + Open incoming lockbox mail and perform 10-key data entry for deposits. + Retail Group (Higher Volume, Lower Dollar Amount): + Operate automated mail-opening machines for high-volume processing. What You’ll Bring + Required: Previous 10-key data entry experience, ideally in a financial services environment. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications + 1 year of retail banking or lockbox experience. + Knowledge of financial regulations, policies, and procedures. Education + High School diploma or equivalent required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
