Minimum Experience or Skills RequiredMinimum 3-5 years of diverse HR experience with broad knowledge of employment law, FLSA/ compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, labor relations, and training and development.Good administrative skills and superior interpersonal skills.Multi-facility experiences desired.Skilled in oral and written communications.Computer literate.Confidentiality and discretion required; excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly in personnel management; strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software; strong attention to detail.Problem solving and analytical abilities.Ability to verbally communicate with passengers, Drivers, Dispatchers and Road Supervisors including use of a 2-way radio and PA system effectively.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including drivers, customers, senior management, client representatives, union officials, and public.Work extended hours regularly, including weekends and holidays to meet the business needs.Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.Possess working vehicle to travel within service area as needed.
