Raytheon is seeking someone to serve as the in-country **Localization Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead** . In this role you will be the primary liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Office(s) (PMOs) and be accountable for successful execution to contract requirements including Development, Production, Offset, Schedule, and technical performance. This includes leading transitions to production, BMC4I technology refresh project(s), and obsolescence mitigation.
As the Program Lead you will support multiple program offices and interfacing with US Government customer, Raytheon Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Arabian Industries suppliers. Applying disciplined program management processes and tools to achieve successful execution of program requirements.
This accompanied position will be onsite in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a 2-year long-term international assignment with additional compensation, with potential extension.
Expected to support domestic travel as needed.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
**What You Will Do**
+ Responsible for day-to-day execution of all BMC4I Integrated Product Team (IPT) scope for the Patriot Product Line (PPL) in support of the IAMD Program Office customer.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Office(s) (PMOs).
+ Accountable for successful execution to contract requirements including budget, schedule, and technical performance.
+ Interfacing with US Government customers and Foreign Military partners.
+ Apply disciplined program management processes and tools to achieve successful execution of program requirements.
+ Work closely with the BMC4I Sub-IPTs, Product Line Execution Lead, Cross Product Teams (CPTs), IPT Leadership, and Program Management team.
+ support new and sustaining business activities to include proposals, appropriations requests (ARs), and strategic planning, with a focus on product line optimization, affordability, and continuous production.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required.
+ Experience in program management for large complex programs, including Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management.
+ Experience effectively working with senior levels with U.S. customers, foreign customers, and leadership.
+ Experience with transition to production, production, and Major End Item (MEI) sell-off.
+ Knowledge of Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) or equivalent system.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
**Qualifications We Value**
+ PMX level 5 certification or ability to obtain within a year.
+ Experience with Patriot Product Line (PPL) Team and/or BMC4I product line.
+ Experience with strategic planning and cross program alignment.
+ Experience executing scope with Major Subcontractor or Industry partner.
+ Understanding of various contract types including domestic, direct commercial sales (DCS), foreign military sales (FMS), and how to execute within a mixed product line.
+ Ability to create and convey strategic initiatives to team members and leadership.
+ Ability to drive program growth, foster energy and leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
