**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Act as a project leader for localization projects, work with multi function team to launch Emerson products in China factory following standard project gate review process and requirement + Responsible for manufacturing process selection, layout design, lead production team to complete product pilot run and improve first pass yield + Responsible for new equipment introduction, production line set up, Develop and implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve efficiency + Develop process documentation, provide training to operators and line leaders on new processes, materials, and equipment + Continually contribute to quality and efficiency improvements with lean and six sigma tools, drive cost down and operation excellentNo file chosen **Who You Are:** You act with a clear sense of ownership.
