In addition, the successful candidate will have: • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • SharePoint • JIRA • Microsoft Project exposure is a plus • Work with minimal supervision at client sites while leading a team Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Desired qualifications/non-essential skills: Must be able to effectively juggle multiple initiatives. Good tracking and prioritization skills. Financial impact awareness around different delivery models (reducing costs, improving margin, increasing value to clients, creating re-usable models). Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professional in all situations (including high stress) Ability to maintain a high level of availability and connectivity to management and other team members to keep abreast of and respond to customer or supported project team requirements. Strong understanding of a project or systems delivery lifecycle. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $154,300.00.
