This position is located at our client site in Carson City, NV; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. In addition, the successful candidate will have: • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • SharePoint • JIRA • Microsoft Project exposure is a plus • Work with minimal supervision at client sites while leading a team Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Desired qualifications/non-essential skills: Must be able to effectively juggle multiple initiatives. Good tracking and prioritization skills. Financial impact awareness around different delivery models (reducing costs, improving margin, increasing value to clients, creating re-usable models). Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professional in all situations (including high stress) Ability to maintain a high level of availability and connectivity to management and other team members to keep abreast of and respond to customer or supported project team requirements. Strong understanding of a project or systems delivery lifecycle. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $154,300.00.
