Bring Local to Life at Fleet Farm

Are you passionate about building community connections through creative and meaningful marketing experiences? Do you love organizing events, telling a brand’s story locally, and bringing energy to in-store experiences? Join Fleet Farm as a Local Marketing Coordinator and help us create memorable moments for our customers across our regional stores.

What You'll Do:

As a Local Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting and executing local marketing programs that make Fleet Farm a staple in our communities. From in-store events to local sponsorships and signage campaigns, you'll help bring our brand to life at the local level.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and executing local events, sponsorships, and community activations in-store and within the community. Coordinate delivery, setup, and takedown of signage, displays, and promotional materials to ensure a polished and consistent customer experience. Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and store team members to communicate event plans and provide ongoing support. Collect and track event feedback, photos, and performance data to support continuous improvement. Help manage a marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and details are consistently met. Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to coordinate logistics and materials for local campaigns. Support localized media promotions, including social media content, local radio spots, and approved vendor-produced assets. Occasionally travel to store locations or events to support on-site logistics and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, retail, or promotions. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe InDesign, Smartsheet, or similar tools is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for special events. Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits or regional activations.

Why Fleet Farm?
