This is a field-based leadership position.** **Purpose:** The Local Market Solutions Manager, CAR-T – Southeast is responsible for implementing a strategy to execute coordinated marketing deployment across key accounts and regional markets. The Local Market Solutions Manager conducts the planning and execution of promotional programs to support the overall CARVYKTI brand position in targeted markets, ensuring alignment with national and regional objectives. This role ensures close coordination with commercial colleagues, key account management, market access, and alliance partners to optimize and track local promotional efforts. The Local Market Solutions Manager evaluates local marketing trends, field/customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform and guide strategies using both personal and non-personal channels. **You will be responsible for** + Monitoring local payer and employer dynamics, competitive landscape, referral patterns, and other factors influencing product and brand choice. + Leveraging insights to create and refine sales assets and outreach approaches for academic and community oncology accounts, collaborating closely with the marketing professional promotion team, external agencies, key internal stakeholders, and cross-functional groups. + Developing and operationalizing channel strategies for CARVYKTI within oncology community practices, as well as building and supporting hospital outpatient models for authorized district accounts. + Displaying strong leadership, team collaboration, and the ability to drive district-level performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. + Assisting with local field training needs for CAR-T OS team (both 1:1 and group training as appropriate). This includes product, market, competitive, and operational curriculum. + Facilitating workshops at National and Regional meetings by coordinating efforts, materials, and participants while maximizing engagement and effectively enhancing OS learning. + Educating staff and local community sites on affordability and economic considerations for CAR-T treatment for patients and treaters. + Supporting patient care and transition between sites of care to optimize patient adherence and remove local operational barriers. + Building, cultivating and growing long-term relationships with Local KOLs to drive educational engagement planning at local, regional conferences and other venues. + Ensuring compliance with HCC and Company guidelines. May perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** **Education:** + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA, PharmD, PA/APRN preferred. **Required:** + A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience is required + A valid Driver’s License is required + Ability to travel up to 60% **Preferred:** + A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge + At least 5 years of successful and progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields is preferred. + Experience in multiple myeloma and cellular therapy is preferred. + Track record of innovation and a high EQ, someone who can connect shape, lead, and deliver. + Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies. + Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities and have excellent overall business acumen and strong analytical skills. + Demonstrated experience in data interpretation/analytics experience as preferred. + Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment. + Demonstrated ability to think strategically, plan accordingly, and execute on deliverables. + Can operate in two worlds - big picture orientation with attention to detail. + Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel, advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
