Local Field IT Supervisor
At Reyes Beverage Group, we are committed to fostering an environment where all employees are valued, respected, and free to achieve their highest potential! + Schedule: Five days per week: Monday-Friday + Pay : $103,000 - $128,000/year + the opportunity to earn annual bonus + Competitive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays + Travel to other islands based on business needs is required Position Responsibilities:  + Leads a team of IT Support Specialists responsible for providing support to internal customers residing at various distribution centers in support of day-to-day IT operations, assist with implementing projects, and other initiatives as assigned while providing support to the Field IT Manager + Demonstrate consistent ability to own issue resolution from start to finish, escalating where appropriate, document resolutions and repeatable fixes for frequent issues + Responsible for asset management and compliance to conformance standards; to include maintaining current inventory of devices, tracking devices, reclaiming devices no longer in use, etc. + Mentor and coach Field IT analysts to develop skills and competencies of Field IT team + Visit field locations as required to Maintain FIT standard as the ‘Face of IT’. Action or escalate any key learnings + Respond to network infrastructure and server failures as required to maintain the maximum system uptime of production systems and applications. + Establish and maintain business relationships with local management at field locations to understand and address their needs. + Contribute to the creation and execution of the Field IT budget pertaining to equipment, staffing, projects and support. + Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Science and 3 plus years of IT related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisor experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisor experience + Travel up to 50% of the time Preferred Education and Experience:  + Bachelor’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
