Summary: Seeking a Lobby Visitor Access Specialist to manage visitor registration, security procedures, and enhance the visitor entry experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma with at least 7 years of experience Current DoD Secret Clearance Experience in customer service and public-facing positions Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Database entry skills with keyboarding speed and accuracy Previous lobby receptionist experience Familiarity with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings with staff Preregister and receive visitors, verify identification, and activate badges Check visitor clearances in DoD databases and issue appropriate badges Assist visitors with clearance issues and liaise with Points of Contact (POC) Streamline visitor access by checking clearance status in advance Handle meeting spreadsheets and preregister visitors using Passage Point software Compile monthly reports on visitor management activities Monitor lobby emails for meeting and visit notificationsPay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
