Conrad Dubai is seeking an elegant, service-focused Lobby Lounge Waitress to join Isla, our sophisticated lobby lounge. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering refined, personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.
As a Lobby Lounge Waitress, you will represent the Conrad brand through warm, intuitive, and attentive service, supported by strong product knowledge and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
What will I be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated service experience through the following:
Provide gracious, attentive, and timely service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well cared forAnticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries with confidence, professionalism, and warmthServe beverages and menu items in line with established service standards and guest expectationsDemonstrate excellent knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, and lounge concepts to enhance the guest journeyMaintain immaculate presentation of the lounge, including mise en place, service stations, and guest areasCoordinate closely with kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth and discreet operationsEnsure orders are delivered accurately, elegantly, and within expected service timelinesUphold Hilton and Conrad grooming standards, reflecting a polished and refined personal appearanceComply with hotel security procedures, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislationThis position offers an opportunity to be part of a luxury environment where service excellence, elegance, and genuine hospitality are at the heart of the Lobby Lounge experience.
