Job description Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Greet all guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed. Serve welcome drinks to guests upon their arrival as per the service standards. Engage in conversation with first-time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, address the guest by name if you know it. Listen carefully to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet operating hours, hotel's layout, activities taking place and local attractions. Follow "lost and found" policy. Follow department policies, procedures and service standards. Engage with guests to encourage positive feedback on social media. Drive and champion all loyalty programs. Perform registration process by obtaining data from guests and by observing the established guidelines. Review all group resumes, VIP reports, daily business reports. Support the concierge or royal service agent as required. Be familiar with hotel services and promotions and promote them. Take and deliver accurate and timely guest messages. Respond to queries positively. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous guest service experience required. Second language required according to the majority of our guest profile; third language is a plus. Outgoing personality. Able to engage with guests to encourage positive feedback on social media. Must possess a professional presentation. Must possess outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible and reliable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. About the Company
