Loan Servicing Specialist IV– Dealer Services Floorplan Operations

Are you a strong and experienced individual in the bookkeeping / accounting industry who loves numbers and is looking for a hybrid role at a leading global financial services firm? As a Loan Servicing Specialist within Lending Services,  you are responsible for processing auto dealer floorplan loans, payments, and offset equity transactions into the Dealer Floor Plan System. You will prepare, balance, and input general ledger accounting entries into the MITS, ACH, and Wire system(s). Duties may include, but are not limited to reviewing, processing, and maintaining dealer floorplan documents as well as providing input or monetary and non-monetary account transactions / adjustments. If you are an experienced and execution driven individual, who has the ability and acumen to provide quality customer service, accurate data entry of new loans, advances, payments, and general ledger items while servicing auto dealership floorplan loans, this is the role for you.


Process and service auto dealer floorplan loans, ensuring accurate accounting, customer support, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Specialist IV within Lending Services, you will process auto dealer floorplan loans, payments, and offset equity transactions in the Dealer Floor Plan System. You will prepare, balance, and input general ledger entries into MITS, ACH, and Wire systems, review and maintain dealer floorplan documents, and provide input for account transactions and adjustments. In this role, you will deliver quality customer service, ensure accurate data entry, and support dealership onboarding and offboarding, all while maintaining compliance and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer customer service calls, research and respond to inquiries, and resolve problems and complaints.Perform timely and accurate system input of new loans and loan payments, ensuring proper payment and verifying supporting documentation.Balance daily work using standard accounting practices.Assist customers with new online application setup and provide ongoing support.Conduct internal quality checks to eliminate errors and approve peer work accuracy.Manage equity accounts and money movement, including wire and ACH transfers.Partner to onboard and offboard dealerships.Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service to internal and external clients.Adapt to change and manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines.Take ownership of special projects and assignments as needed.Maintain compliance with company procedures and standards.

Demonstrate attention to detail and general accounting skills.Exhibit strong knowledge of banking industry business structures.Adapt willingly to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Display strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, both written and verbal.Effectively multi-task by utilizing and managing multiple applications simultaneously.Consistently keep up to date with procedures and ensure work is within company compliance.Apply strong problem-solving, research, analytical, and decision-making skills.Utilize excellent computer skills, maintain accuracy with numbers, and demonstrate attention to detail, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Foster strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.Embrace a forward-thinking mindset to drive new initiatives and continuous process improvement.Maintain excellent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Accounting, math, or financial college coursework.Proficient in 10-key and data entry, ensuring accurate posting of transactions.Experience in managing service agreements and general knowledge of legal documents.Prior auto servicing, revolving credit line, or account management experience.
