Job Title: Loan Servicing SpecialistJob Description

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for upholding and promoting core beliefs, values, and customer service standards. This role includes training and assisting new hires in routine duties such as Loan Maintenance, Payoffs, and Collateral release, generating documents, and providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service via telephone or email. The specialist will also participate in community service activities, act as a backup for SBA/Commercial and Consumer as needed, and provide coverage to various departmental positions.

The work environment for this position is a standard office setting with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires proficiency with basic office equipment and software such as Word and Excel.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
