Manage insurance compliance reviews for Agency, institutional, private client and high-profile borrowers as required. Manage flood determination process, force placed insurance and insurance claims as required. **What You’ll Do:** + Conduct analysis of Commercial Insurance to ensure compliance with Lender requirements. + Communicate and provide support in assessing risk between Lender and Borrower needs. + Review Loan Closing Documents for insurance compliance at loan level. + Collaborate with Insurer and Borrower to address deficiencies or missing coverage. + Work with Loan Servicing team to resolve insurance related issues. + Obtain insurance renewal documents and invoices from relevant parties. + Utilize CBRE proprietary client systems to review insurance data and run reports. + Assist in gathering insurance documentation for audits. + Uphold CBRE RISE values and demonstrate excellence in work quality. + Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Facilitate effective information exchange and mutual understanding within the team. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Clear knowledge of Commercial Insurance Coverage for Property, (including Flood, Wind, Earthquake and Terrorism), General Liability (including Workers Comp and Auto), Professional Liability and Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance. + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
