As a Loan Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will manage an assigned portfolio of loans, ensuring the smooth operation of the loan lifecycle by interpreting loan documents, interacting with stakeholders, and overseeing deadlines. You will apply your knowledge of loan servicing to make informed decisions, guided by established practices and procedures. Your ability to manage conflicts, think critically, and build trusting relationships will be key in this role, along with demonstrating resilience in challenging situations and managing your time effectively. Job ResponsibilitiesInterpret and analyze loan and lease documents, ensuring accurate application of terms and conditions when processing contract maintenanceManage assigned loan portfolio requests, monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of servicing tasksFacilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing conflicts and queriesApply critical thinking to identify and resolve issues in loan servicing processesContribute to team projects and implement strategies to improve servicing efficiencyServe as primary point of contact for Equipment Finance customersResearch and resolve complex payment, sales tax, and property tax inquiriesPerform money movement activities, including cash application and funds managementMaintain records management and retention according to policyConduct quality control and system of record maintenance for various loan/lease structuresProvide clear written and verbal communications regarding complex inquiries

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years’ experience in operations or accounting (equipment finance or banking)Baseline knowledge of loan servicing operations and document interpretationDemonstrated conflict management and stakeholder engagement skillsProven critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional phone and email etiquetteExceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environmentStrong PC skills, including Microsoft OfficeCustomer-focused mindset and high level of professionalismPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
