DFC Loan Services Administrator I

The DFC Loan Services Administrator I will possess an understanding for ensuring all transactions are accurate, completed and processed in a timely manner.  This individual plays an important supporting role to all other departments in the company.

Responsibilities

Apply check payments in loan management system and check logPerform daily electronic check depositsComplete Loan closeout process and mail required documentationPrepare vendor check requests for Corporate APPerform loan payment reapplications in loan management systemPrepare outbound mail for deliveryScan documents and save in shared foldersRetrieve mail, distribute to departments and log returned mail in loan management systemOther duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Prior data entry experience is preferredStrong attention to detail with accuracySense of urgencyExcellent communicationPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)Prior office or bookkeeping experience is preferred
