Responsibilities: + Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication to prospective and current customers. + Assist Loan Officers with acquisition of required documents from prospects. + Complete file documentation of prospective loan and requirements to maintain timeliness in approval process. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + 1-3 years of loan processing expereince. + Prior experience in customer-oriented positions such as banking, hospitality, and restaurant industries. + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Promote team oriented, high energy attitude. + Have high attention to detail and provide willingness to learn about the mortgage life cycle from application, acceptance, to close. + Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel. + Illustrate an ability to apply basic math principles.
