As a Loan Origination Specialist III within Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will be tasked with coordinating activities between the Banker, the Credit Officer, and other areas of WLS. Your responsibilities will include managing executed commercial loan documentation, overseeing loan booking and funding, and handling collateral release.

 

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate all commercial document preparation activities through Hot DocsWork jointly with the Credit Officer and Banker to coordinate document preparation activities Review draft and executed loan documents such as loan agreement, notes, guaranties, and security documents for accuracy and agreement with approved termsCoordinate with WLS partners for the release, substitution or addition of collateral

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

College degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending environmentKnowledge of commercial loan documentation. Ability to review commercial loan documents such as loan agreement, notes, guaranties, and security documents for accuracy and agreement with approved termsKnowledge of commercial credit productsGood verbal, written and organizational skills

 

Shift Schedule: 9pm-6am PHT
