As a Loan Origination Manager II in our Commercial Banking team, you will oversee the handling of executed commercial loan documentation, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with approved terms. You will work collaboratively with business partners and drive growth by refining customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate document preparation activities with business partners.Review draft and executed loan documents for accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for necessary documentation.Follow up with Bankers, Underwriters, and attorneys to clear documentation exceptions.Handle escalation of issues and booking and funding problems.Lead projects and training of team members.Perform internal quality reviews.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

College degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending environment.Knowledge of SBA Business Banking loan documentation.Ability to review commercial loan documents for accuracy.Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Leadership skills, including communication, executive reporting, coaching, and development.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in managing teams and projects.Familiarity with regulatory requirements in commercial banking.Advanced knowledge of loan documentation processes and compliance standards.
