Job Description: Home Loan Specialist The Home Loan Specialist is an entry‑level position responsible for supporting multiple operational channels within the organization. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to efficient loan processing by performing essential administrative and customer‑support tasks that help achieve business and service objectives. Primary Responsibilities + Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan information. + Initiate third‑party service orders, including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit reports, and related documentation. + Review and validate loan documents to confirm compliance with company and regulatory standards. + Handle routine inbound and outbound communication via phone calls, emails, and chat to support customers and internal partners. + Monitor work queues and take appropriate action to maintain timely processing and workflow continuity. + Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental needs. + Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
