Operators in this position are responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the crush and some of the refinery loading areas as required. They will ensure that the equipment is fully operational and in good repair.

Compensation: $33.00/hr & Night shift premium $1.26/hr

Required Qualifications:
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in CanadaMust be 18 years or olderMust have a high school diploma or equivalentMust be willing and able to work 12 hr shifts, including nights, overtime, weekends, holidays, and additional hours beyond regularly scheduled shift to cover vacancies. Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, etc., to work in elevated areas of the plant (4 feet and above).Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lift up to 50lbs regularly, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishMust have very good time management skillsMust be able to prioritize tasks and follow-up skillsMust be willing to accept accountabilityWorking knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.Must have demonstrated high performance (work performance, attendance record, safety record.)
