Job Title:            Protein Conversion Loadout Operator                                  Location:           Douglas, GA Protein Conversion Facility    Position Summary:    The individual selected for this position will be responsible for loading all outgoing products. Trailer and Tanker inspections. Faxing and coping documents and BOL’s. Keeping work areas clean and equipment checks.      Education and Experience Requirements:  High school diploma preferred but not required.A valid VA Drivers license. Able to clear Pilgrims company vehicle driving requirements.   Skill Summary:  Must have excellent Communication skillsMust be able to read gauges and record readingsMust be willing to learn to drive yard truckAble to work well independentlyAble to work overtime and weekends as neededMust have an excellent attendance, safety and work recordNot afraid of heights.Required to climb and be in confined spaces, a must.   Pay:  $18.10hr +$1 Shift differential  Schedule Shift  A: Sun-Tue 06:45AM-7:30PM,  Wed. 06:45AM-1:30PMShift C:  Wed. 12:45PM-7:30PM, Thu.-Sat. 06:45AM-7:30PMShift  D:  Wed-Fri 06:45PM-7:30AM,    Sat.  06:45PM-1:30AMPlease include all work experience even if you are submitting a résumé (FT, PT, temp, etc.) for the past 5 years.  Failure to complete this or entering 'N/A' will result in automatic disqualification.   EOE, including disability/vets
