What You'll Be Doing

Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safelyPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceLoad customer trucks and feed processing equipment with precisionMaintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivityCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial settingStrong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognitionAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamCommitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent performanceWillingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
