Description A leading biotech company in Carlsbad is seeking a compassionate and detail-driven Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist to join their HR operations team. As the LOA Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees navigating medical, family, and personal leave. You’ll ensure compliance with federal and California-specific regulations while maintaining a supportive and confidential experience for staff.
