As a LNG-OOP Lead Project Engineer, you will be the point of contact across Design Engineering teams, Project management & Quality team, as well as for customers and all other company stakeholders supporting the project.
As a Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Supporting Customer technical interfaces and related communication. Build solid relationship with customers to guarantee a reliable project execution.
Partnering with Products, Systems Integration, Service, Project Management and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution as per customer needs.
Developing a scope of work and planning schedule and monitoring engineering activities for customer projects.
Analysing customer's requirement together with project team indicated in contractual technical specifications and assure correct CTQ flow-down, integrated with product line standards throughout DR process.
Leading project risk mitigation process and abatement plan through design reviews, harmonizing the approach inside the team and ensure Lesson Learnt sharing.
Coordinating internal design activities, reviews and technical decisions.
Attending customer meetings (kick-off, coordination review, close out, HAZOP's, design reviews) and action plan to resolve open points.
Communicating across direct organization.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited University or College
Have professional experience in Project Engineering roles (2-3 years)
Have clear thinking attitude with entrepreneurial mindset. Demonstrate resilience and flexibility to work on priority, understanding business needs to translate Engineering effort in Company financial targets
Have ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Be able to manage a multi-cultural team in a matrix organization
Effective team building and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead changes
Be able to communicate business goals and long term Company objectives
Be fluent English
Have EU Work Permit
