Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a LMS Digital Product Owner to support the digital experience team at a leading global consumer healthcare client. The Product Owner will lead the design, strategy, and enablement of global HR digital platforms, with a primary focus on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). They will drive the digital HR portfolio roadmap, align system strategies with business and leadership priorities, and serve as a subject matter expert for HR technology solutions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, Finance, and delivery teams to implement and optimize HR digital solutions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and service level agreements. The role requires translating HR strategy into operational plans, supporting application reporting, and maintaining high standards of customer service across global teams. This is a hybrid role with onsite presence in Marham, Ontario, Canada.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years’ experience in HR technology or digital HR solutions for Learning Management/Experience Systems (LMS & LXP).
Expertise with SAP Success Factors, Degreed and Workday implementations.
Proven ability to define and execute HR and Learning content strategies and road maps.
Excellent leadership skills, communication and ability to influence key stakeholders.
Advanced skills in data analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking. Previous experience with LMX/LXP Administration.
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, learning content standards.
Project management certification; global HR application management experience.
