Seven Hills Community Services is expanding its innovative home-based ABA program into the Boston-Metro North area—and we’re seeking a mission-driven BCBA to help lead this next phase.

This isn’t your typical BCBA role. You’ll provide clinical oversight and behavioral consultation for adults with developmental disabilities, supporting them in their homes and communities with the goal of building independence, stability, and quality of life.

Why This Role Matters

By delivering high-quality ABA services to adults in the environments where they live and thrive, we’re building a more inclusive, responsive, and long-term model of behavioral support.

What This Role Offers

An opportunity to shape the expansion of a successful and growing program

Autonomy and flexibility within a highly collaborative team

The chance to apply ABA across complex, real-life settings—not just controlled environments

A meaningful role supporting adults who are often overlooked in traditional ABA care models

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel for in-home visits and team meetings in the Greater Lowell area

What We're Looking For

Strong clinical judgment and confidence managing behavior support plans

Someone who values person-centered care and inclusive practice

A clinician who thrives on innovation, flexibility, and professional impact

Previous experience with the adult population or strong interest in transitioning into this space

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)About the Program

This home-based ABA program launched last year and is now expanding due to its early success. You’ll work closely with clinical leadership to support adult clients in achieving meaningful goals across home and community settings.

Redefine What ABA Can Look Like

This is more than behavior support—it’s a chance to help adults lead fuller, more autonomous lives while shaping a model of care that’s gaining statewide momentum. If you’re ready to lead with impact, apply now.
