Job Content Key Responsibilities:

PART OF DUEL SIM EXCON

Preparation Phase:

Planning & reconnaissance of positions Main EXCON (5 PCs)Scenario development (Order of Battle, terrain, etc.) according to client's expectationsAssigning kits (Sensors for Personnel & Vehicles, lasers for armament, etc.)Develop MEL-MIL (Main Event List - Main Incident List) according to client's expectations

Execution Phase:

Maintain EXCON overview on the ExerciseManage the Exercise and MEL-MIL execution according to client's expectationsActivate / De-activate EXCON functionalities (Artillery, Air Strikes, Mine Fields, IEDs, revive, enhance/degrade protection, add/reduce Ammo)Observe & register key pointsSupport Main EXCON & evaluation team (if applicable)

After Action Review Phase:

Immediate data exploitationSupporting debriefings

General:

Conduct annual updates of the SAAB GAMER softwareIntegrate new equipment with the SAAB GAMER systemFollow Up & Implement Lessons LearnedTrain Unit Officers/NCOs in using SAAB GAMER EXCON system

Must have requirements:

Be able to handle software on tablet or PC, but no need to be an IT specialistAvailable & Able to live on the exercise terrain for 2 to 12 days, also abroadExperience at Company Level (Commander or Company Sergeant Major) Infantry, Tank, Combat Recce, Combat Engineer or ArtilleryUser experience with Live Simulation (SAAB, MILES)Speak English, French or Dutch

Mobile EXCON
