Job Content Key Responsibilities:

PART OF DUEL SIM EXCON (Exercise Control)

Preparation Phase (not all & not always):

Prepare the vehicle for the exercise (radio, antenna)

Execution Phase:

Drive (Surge) Duel Sim Operator aroundOperate EXCON radio & software according to Duel Sim Operator directives

After Action Review Phase:

Support Duel Sim Operator in preparing and executing the debriefingPrepare the vehicle for handover to CSIM

Must have requirements:

Driving license & 4x4 experienceMilitary Experience Be able to handle software on tablet or PC, but no need to be an IT specialistAvailable & Able to live on the exercise terrain for 2 to 12 days, also abroadUser experience with Live Simulation (SAAB, MILES)Speak English, French or Dutch

Preferred requirements:

Tactical Driving experienceMilitary Experience in Combat or Combat Support unitTactical Radio or CIS experienceMature personalityOperator experience with Live Simulation (SAAB, MILES)Speak English, French and Dutch

Military rank equivalent:

NCO to Soldier
