Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, developmentally focused Live in Nanny for a lovely family based in Parsons Green, London. This is a sole charge role caring for their bright and curious 15 month old daughter, with parents looking for someone who will take an active role in supporting her growth and development.
The family are informal, relaxed, and value kindness and calmness in their home. They are looking for a nanny who is equally warm, nurturing, and passionate about early years care — someone who will be an engaged presence in their daughter’s life, helping her to hit her milestones, enjoy enriching experiences, and feel secure and confident as she grows.
Job specification:
Sole care of a 14-month-old girl Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (at home and out — e.g. museums, baby groups, classes) Encourage developmental milestones through play and daily routines Socialise her with other children and create fun learning opportunities Cook healthy meals for the child and care for her laundry and play spaces Take her to the park, playgrounds, and activities
Candidate specification:
Experience within a similar role with a similar aged child Warm, calm, and enthusiastic about early childhood development Truly enjoys engaging with toddlers and helping them thrive Passionate about children’s nutrition, confidence, and emotional wellbeing Proactive, organised, and enjoys planning enriching days Caring, kind, and able to create a safe, loving environment
