Job Summary:
We are a warm, active, and welcoming family based in the beautiful Bahamas, seeking a kind, energetic, and experienced full time live in nanny to join us starting late October 2025. Our son will be around 6 months old, and we’re looking for someone who can help nurture his growth in a screen-free, stimulating, and loving environment.
The working days will be 5 to 6 per week – if 5 days, the off days will be split and not consecutive.

Job specification:
Provide loving, attentive care for our baby, including developmental play and sensory exploration Create a calm, screen-free environment rich in music, reading, and outdoor activity Prepare and cook healthy meals for the baby Keep nursery areas clean and organized, handle baby laundry, and maintain cleanliness of all baby-related items Travel internationally with the family as needed Assist with care of two friendly dogs (feeding, occasional walks)
Candidate specification:
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally Infant and child CPR/first aid certification Background in early childhood education or strong infant/toddler experience Confident swimmer Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Comfortable around dogs and happy to help with light pet care Fully aligned with a no-screen-time philosophy High energy and a genuine love of working with young children
Accommodation: Private bedroom + bathroom, and may provide guest house in near future
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
