We are searching for a hands-on candidate to work at a beautiful 8-bedroom home situated on 9 acres of land in Beaconsfield supporting two principals. This is their permanent residence which they share with their toy poodle. Also, the property houses the principal’s beloved 10-car collection which includes a mix of classic and super cars.

The core hours for this role would be Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. However, flexibility would be required to work outside of these hours or on weekends with time given back in lieu. You would be joining a team that consists of a live-in cook, housekeeper and gardener who visits once/twice a week.

Job specification: 

Oversee the property security Carry out internal and external maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, managing tech systems, fixing fences, swimming pool maintenance etc Arrange contractors for more specialist tasks Garden maintenance includes weeding, setting up garden furniture, and mowing using a tractor. As mentioned, there is a part time gardener who looks after the formal areas Look after the car collection when it comes to cleaning, booking in for MOTs and taking to services Assist inside when entertaining if needed Occasionally driving children (nieces/nephews/grandchildren when they visit)

Candidate specification:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced couple with ideally 10 years working in the industry You need to enjoy working as part of a team and be able to work harmoniously with the other staff employed You need to be confident to take the initiative and manage your own workday A flexible attitude to working occasional evenings or weekends is essential, most of the entertaining happens in the spring and summer. As mentioned, you will get the time back in lieu the following week. Having a passion for cars would be a great advantage in this role
