This position is responsible for analyzing non-pharmacy third party subpoenas for production and appearance, coordinating the production of records and information, coordinating, and preparing witnesses for hearings and depositions, coordinating billing and collections activities for records produced and assisting with other Litigation Support tasks, as needed.

Responsibilities include:analyzing and coordinating responses to non-pharmacy third party subpoenas for production.coordinating witnesses to attend depositions and hearings pursuant to non-pharmacy third party subpoenas.billing for records produced pursuant to subpoenas and tracking the payments received.generating and analyzing reports for the overall process (e.g. reports may show the number of subpoenas received, the number of responses produced, the amount of payments collected for documents produced, etc.).helping with Litigation Support tasks
