Our boutique defense litigation and trial firm is proud to be diverse, progressive, and technologically advanced. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process-from case investigation and discovery through trial preparation and post-trial support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents

Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and discovery indexes

Organize and prepare exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendices for trial

Assist attorneys with discovery requests, voir dire, jury selection, and witness preparation

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support trial preparation

Provide support with case settlements

Billable hour requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal

Strong knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court procedures

Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills

Proficiency with legal software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite

Paralegal associate degree or relevant certification preferred

Firm offers:

Salary up to $65k based on experience
