A boutique law firm is seeking a paralegal to join their Construction Defect Litigation Practice Group in their Orlando, Florida office. The successful candidate will be energetic and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication, and complex creative problem-solving skills. Independent judgment, superior analytical ability, multi-party complex case management skills and the ability to work in a high paced environment are a necessity. Extensive knowledge of state, federal and business court rules and practice, and a strong technical background and working knowledge of ProLaw are highly desirable. An undergraduate degree and 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, or an equivalent combination of education and paralegal experience is required. Successful completion of an ABA approved paralegal program is preferred.
