Boutique litigation firm is seeking an enthusiastic person to join their Construction Defect Litigation Practice Group in their Miami, Florida office as a highly responsible paralegal, focusing on construction litigation matters. The successful candidate will be energetic and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication, and complex creative problem-solving skills. Independent judgment, superior analytical ability, multi-party complex case management skills and the ability to work in a high paced environment are a necessity. Extensive knowledge of state, federal and business court rules and practice, and a strong technical background and working knowledge of ProLaw are highly desirable. An undergraduate degree and 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, or an equivalent combination of education and paralegal experience is required. Successful completion of an ABA approved paralegal program is preferred.
