Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Litigation Counsel to join an enterprise retail company, hybrid out of Vancouver or Seattle. The successful candidate will manage litigation matters, pre-litigation demands, and provide legal advice in areas including insurance matters, consumer and commercial disputes. You will also provide guidance on responding to subpoenas, including third-party subpoenas. You will be asked to develop strategic approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes. You will support in the development and enhancement of internal litigation processes and procedures. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney (in-house experience an asset) Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school Active member in good standing of at least one bar (state or province) Experience in criminal matters
