Job Description: Law firm located in Wellesley is seeking a full-time litigation legal assistant. MUST have 1+ years' litigation experience from a law firm.

Responsibilities

Provide support to several mixed-level attorneysProvide limited support to office managerEffectively communicate with colleagues and clientsDraft legal documentsFile various legal documents (e-filing)Conduct social media searchesSchedulingOutgoing mailMinimal phone backupSome data entryObtain electronic file materials (Box, CounselLink, Dropbox, numerous secure platforms)Setup of and assistance with coordinating remote proceedings/webinars (Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar, Skype, Zoom, etc.)Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders

Skills
