Litigation and Trial Secretary
Job Description Our law firm client is seeking a Litigation and Trial Secretary to join their team! This is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, with working hours from 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. The candidate will support multiple attorneys and must be comfortable navigating the structure and pace of a law firm environment. The expectation is that the candidate will proactively manage their responsibilities and stay on top of deadlines and tasks. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to be assertive and professional when interacting with attorneys and staff. This role is located in Irvine, CA with a base salary range of $88,000 - $98,000. Skills and Requirements • 4+ years of recent Federal and California litigation secretarial experience  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys at a time  • Understanding of law firm environment/structure  • Experience using systems including MS Office (Excel), and document management software applications (ex. iManage)  • Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and transcription skills  • High level of initiative, assertiveness, confidentiality, good judgment, and diplomacy • Law firm experience
