**Introduction** We are seeking highly motivated engineers to lead photolithography tool ownership and contribute to cutting-edge research and development in semiconductor and advanced packaging technologies. This role requires a strong foundation in photolithography principles, materials, and tooling, gained through a combination of academic training and hands-on experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Own and maintain state-of-the-art photolithography equipment, including 193nm and i-line lithography scanners. * Develop and optimize lithography processes and materials from early-stage concepts to production-ready solutions. * Drive innovation in chiplet and advanced packaging technologies through experimental design and process development. * Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-company teams across process development, integration, metrology, operations, and equipment engineering. * Design and execute experiments, analyze complex datasets, and document procedures and results with clarity and precision. * Communicate findings effectively to diverse technical and non-technical audiences. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong understanding of photolithography fundamentals, materials science, and semiconductor processing. * Demonstrated expertise in experimental design and statistical analysis. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proven ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * 1-3 years experience in ASML Lithography tooling * Experience with i-Line scanner patterning IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
