As a Liquidity Reporting Analyst in our Finance team, you need to prepare for daily, monthly, and quarterly liquidity reporting under the control of Treasury and CIO NA. Work with several partners such as front office, middle office, risk, technology, and other finance personnel as necessary to ensure the timely, accurate, and well-controlled completion of such responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities :
Understands the purpose and nature of Treasury and CIO products and its balance sheet and Liquidity impactsPrepare, review & finalize the Liquidity reporting numbers including external YS LCR reporting, the Net Stable Funding ratio. Daily FR2052A and daily available collateral report for TCIO NA.Determine business drivers behind variances and communicate impact to partner groups such as Liquidity Risk Oversight, Liquidity Management, Location Treasury etc.Partner with senior stakeholders in the LOBs, Controllers, Global Treasury and other related areas to obtain, understand, and analyze Balance sheet data & other relevant information such as forecasts, assumptions etc. and their impact on the firm’s liquidity & structural interest rate risk managementIdentify opportunities for process improvements, remediate data quality issues, automation etc. Partner effectively with Asset Class Leads, LRI Tech , Lines of Business teams for strategic solutions implementationSupports the preparation of summary presentations used to present key liquidity information to senior management and the global liquidity controller teamPrepare for daily, monthly and quarterly liquidity reporting under the control of Treasury and CIO NAWork with several partners such as front office, middle office, risk, technology and other finance personnel as necessary to ensure for the timely, accurate and well-controlled completion of such responsibilities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in an Regulatory/Liquidity reporting role and should have good knowledge on Banking products General understanding of a bank’s balance sheet and an interest in learning how the bank funds itselfExcellent communication (verbal and written) skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Strong analytics, creative thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently using initiative and ability to manage your own work
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance required, FRM/CFA/CMA/CA/MBA (Finance) an advantageKnowledge of Tableau and Alteryx will be an added advantageSkilled in performing complex quantitative analysis is a plusShould be flexible to work in APAC/EMEA shifts
