As a Product Manager in Liquidity & Account Solutions you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities Develops and implements a comprehensive global product framework for specialty accounts, ensuring consistent offerings across regions Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Facilitates communication and collaboration between teams to adapt product strategies to regional nuances Establishes a long-term vision for specialty accounts, aligning with global standards and innovating offerings to meet client needs Partners with regional product management to align strategies with the global vision, fostering consistency across markets Collaborates on the multi-year L&AS transformation program to ensure a cohesive approach to specialty accounts globally Owns the lifecycle of specialty accounts, from inception to global expansion, ensuring compliance with regional regulations Analyzes market trends and customer feedback to refine and improve specialty account offerings Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Proven experience in product management, especially in a global or multi-regional context Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term product visions and strategies Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and build consensus across regions Proven ability to develop and communicate complex ideas in a simplified manner Strong project management and problem-solving skills to oversee the product lifecycle Ability to innovate and enhance product offerings to meet client needs and expectations Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging C-level executives. Knowledge in Payments and/or Liquidity products
